A living garden, served in five courses

From high-altitude Camellia Sinensis to ancestral herbal infusions, this experience brings a sensory garden to your table. Five service courses guide you through white, green and black tea, each with its own curated pairing of fine-aroma chocolate, artisanal cheese, traditional amasijos and seasonal fruit. Aromatic, layered and deeply rooted in Colombia's botanical heritage, each course builds toward a sensory arc that reveals the depth of a country where plants hold centuries of inherited knowledge.

NAOS co brings the full service to your hotel, home or venue in Bogotá: the teas, the infusions, the pairings and a guide who connects each cup to the plants and the inherited knowledge behind it. Entirely alcohol free, it is the most contemplative experience on the menu, and one of the most surprising.
