NAOS co hosts the session wherever you are staying in Bogotá or Cartagena. The format is hands-on: guests build their own pairings from fruit, chocolate and traditional sweets while the guide unpacks the rituals and medicinal heritage behind each distillate, a reading of Colombian identity you can only do glass in hand.
