Wine without borders

A different take on the classic wine and cheese pairing, the most Colombian version of it. Four limited-production, 100% organic natural fruit wines, curated by our DipWSET candidate sommelier, matched against artisanal cheese, bread and preserves that carry Indigenous, African and European heritage in every bite. This is wine without borders, defined entirely by Colombian soil.

NAOS co stages the tasting at your hotel, rental or venue in Bogotá or Cartagena: four wines, their pairings and a sommelier who reads them against the classic European canon. If you think you know what wine can be, this is the experience built to argue with you, politely, glass by glass.
